Ingredients
Peanut Butter (Skippy creamy) ~ 125g
Plain flour ~ 195g (sieved)
Hazelnuts flour ~ 70g (sieved, blended it if nt fine enough)
Peanut oil ~ 50g
Ghee ~ 25g
Icing sugar ~ 55g (sieved)
Some roasted hazelnuts for deco
Method
Mixed all ingrdients in with hand.
Bake 170c for 20mins.
